Enamel

Enamel is powdered glass fused to metal at very high temperatures. There are many variables which affect the way enamel looks after its been fired.

Every piece truly is one of a kind in this regard as well as handcrafted to order, so there may be slight differences from what is pictured on the website.  I make every effort to be consistent so that what you see here is what you get in the mail.

Custom Orders

You can custom order a blend of two or more colors together to achieve a gradation effect within each flower.
Or maybe a blend of two colors over the entire piece.

For custom color requests, add an order note specifying your color preferences, or email me to collaborate on a custom piece.

Payment

The item ships once the payment or deposit has been received. We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. I also do old school methods like credit card by phone and in a pinch, a check in the mail. If you are in MO there will be a 9.67% sales tax fee at checkout

Shipping

All jewelry is made to order so please allow 7 days after payment is received before the item ships.

Shipping for Custom Orders 

For some Items which are custom made and then gold plated, the shipping date is 3-4 weeks from the purchase date. I know this is a long time, but my plater’s turn around time is two weeks. Most of the items on this website are items I have in stock, so unless I have run out, those items will ship out within 2 days after I receive your payment All domestic orders under $100 will ship via USPS Priority mail with tracking number in a durable  blue jewelry box inside a bubble mailer. For orders above $100 I like to use UPS.  If you would like express shipping please let me know and I will adjust your total.

Gift Wrapping

If you wish, your order can be gift wrapped and I can add a special message inside your box. All international orders will ship via USPS First Class mail (no insurance or tracking number). If you would like to upgrade shipping, please let me know and I will adjust the shipping cost for you.

Refunds & Exchanges

I want you to be totally happy with your new piece of Jenny Walker jewelry. If for some reason, it is not at all what you want, you may return the piece, undamaged,  within 14 days for a full refund. If you need some adjustments to your piece; lengthening, shortening, resizing, or some other issue, please contact me and I will take care of this for you. I will handle the shipping costs on my end if you handle shipping costs coming from you to me.
